Privacy and limits

Development preview, not approved for emergency use. Maps use OpenFreeMap and search uses Photon. Brooklyn responder-route requests pass through Cloudflare to a private router on the owner’s desktop. It detours around mapped one-way, one-lane stretches longer than 1,800 feet; this is not a limit on detour distance. If the private router is unavailable or no tested route meets the mapped-stretch rule, responder routing stops rather than silently switching to an ordinary route. Normal mode uses FOSSGIS OSRM. These providers may receive your IP address, search terms, or route coordinates. Incomplete lane tags, road width, clearance and emergency access are not verified. This is not reliable background navigation.

Searches and active routes can be kept locally in your browser for convenience; use Settings to delete stored app data. If you choose to submit trip feedback, it is stored to improve routing; nothing is sold or shared. Route requests may be checked against live traffic data from Google. Trip speeds are used to learn how responders move through traffic.

Test only while parked or as a passenger. Always follow signs and applicable law.
